High-Dielectric PTFE Films & Membranes | Precision Fluoropolymer Thin Film Manufacturer

Our PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) Films are manufactured through precision skiving and controlled calendering techniques using premium virgin PTFE resins. Designed for the most demanding electrical, chemical, and mechanical environments, our ultra-thin fluoroplastic membranes offer exceptional dielectric strength, universal chemical resistance, and an extremely low coefficient of friction.

  • Ultra-Thin Precision: Available in thicknesses down to 0.01mm-0.05mm with exceptionally tight dimensional tolerances.

  • Superior Dielectric Strength: High volume resistivity and low loss factor make it the definitive choice for high-frequency circuit and wire wrapping.

  • 100% Tensile Reliability: Advanced orientation processes guarantee excellent elongation and tensile strength in both longitudinal and transverse directions.

  • Non-Stick & Low Friction: Provides an excellent release surface for heat sealing equipment and packaging machinery.

  • Weather & UV Resistance: Completely unaffected by outdoor exposure, ozone, or long-term UV radiation.

Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) film is produced by skiving a molded preform.

Performance:

High-temperature resistance—suitable for long-term use at temperatures between 200°C and 260°C;
Low-temperature resistance—remains flexible even at -180°C;
Corrosion resistance—resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis, aqua regia, and all organic solvents;
High lubricity—possesses the lowest coefficient of friction (0.04) among plastics;
Non-stick properties—exhibits the lowest surface tension among solid materials, preventing adhesion to any substance;
Non-toxic—physiologically inert;
High insulation—excellent electrical properties, making it an ideal Class C insulation material;
Weather resistance—offers the best aging resistance among plastics.

Applications:

It is primarily utilized as electrical insulation material, as well as for linings exposed to corrosive media, support sliders, rail seals, and lubricating materials. Furthermore, it is widely applied in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and dye industries as an anti-corrosion lining material for containers, storage tanks, reaction vessels, and large-scale pipelines; in heavy industrial sectors such as aviation and defense; in mechanical engineering, construction, and transportation—specifically for bridge sliders and guide rails; and in the printing, dyeing, light industry, and textile sectors as an anti-stick material. At present, various polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) products play a pivotal role across numerous sectors of the national economy, including chemical engineering, machinery, electronics, electrical appliances, defense, aerospace, environmental protection, and bridge construction.
