High-Density PTFE Skived Sheets & Rolls | Premium Fluoropolymer Material Manufacturer
Our PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) Skived Sheets and Rolls are produced by turning a sintered cylindrical PTFE billet on a precision lathe. This advanced skiving technology allows us to achieve ultra-thin, highly uniform fluoroplastic membranes and sheets with exceptional chemical, thermal, and electrical performance across a multitude of industries.
Exceptional Thickness Uniformity: Engineered with tight tolerances, ensuring reliable performance in sealing and insulation applications.
100% Virgin PTFE Resin: Free from recycled materials, guaranteeing maximum tensile strength and elongation.
Outstanding Dielectric Properties: High volume resistivity and low dielectric constant make it the ultimate choice for high-frequency circuit isolation and electronics.
Superb Temperature Resistance: Operates continuously from -180°C up to +260°C without losing its physical properties.
Universal Chemical Resistance: Totally inert to aggressive chemicals, acids, alkalis, and solvents.
Technical Specifications (TDS)
PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) Skived Sheets are manufactured from PTFE resin through a process involving molding, sintering, and rotary skiving.
Performance:
High Temperature Resistance — Capable of long-term use at temperatures ranging from 200°C to 260°C;
Low Temperature Resistance — Remains flexible even at temperatures as low as -180°C;
Corrosion Resistance — Resists strong acids, strong bases, aqua regia, and all other organic solvents;
High Lubricity — Possesses the lowest coefficient of friction (0.04) among all plastics;
Non-stick Properties — Exhibits the lowest surface tension among solid materials, preventing adhesion to any substance;
Non-toxicity — Physiologically inert;
High Dielectric Strength — Possesses excellent electrical properties, making it an ideal Class C insulating material;
Weather Resistance — Offers the longest service life and greatest resistance to aging among all plastics.
Applications:
It is primarily utilized as electrical insulation material, as well as for linings exposed to corrosive media, support sliders, rail seals, and lubricating materials. Furthermore, it is widely applied in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and dye industries as an anti-corrosion lining material for containers, storage tanks, reaction vessels, and large-scale pipelines; in heavy industrial sectors such as aviation and defense; in mechanical engineering, construction, and transportation—specifically for bridge sliders and guide rails; and in the printing, dyeing, light industry, and textile sectors as an anti-stick material. At present, various polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) products play a pivotal role across numerous sectors of the national economy, including chemical engineering, machinery, electronics, electrical appliances, defense, aerospace, environmental protection, and bridge construction.
