High-Performance PTFE Molded Sheets | Premium Fluoropolymer Material Manufacturer

Our PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) Molded Sheets are manufactured using 100% pure virgin PTFE dispersion resins through a rigorous process of compression molding, sintering, and cooling. Engineered for ultra-demanding industrial environments, our molded sheets offer unparalleled thermal, chemical, and electrical stability.

  • 100% Virgin PTFE Material: No recycled scrap, ensuring zero impurities and maximum tensile strength.

  • Extreme Chemical Inertness: Resistant to virtually all chemical solvents, acids, and bases (except molten alkali metals and fluorine gas).

  • Wide Temperature Tolerance: Performs flawlessly in operating temperatures ranging from -180°C to +260°C.

  • Superior Electrical Insulation: Excellent dielectric properties with high volume resistivity, ideal for semiconductor and electronic applications.

  • Ultra-Low Friction & Non-Stick: Self-lubricating surface that prevents material buildup and minimizes mechanical wear.

Technical Specifications (TDS)

PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) molded sheets are manufactured by molding PTFE resin at room temperature, followed by sintering and cooling.

Performance:

High-Temperature Resistance — Capable of sustained use at temperatures ranging from 200°C to 260°C;
Low-Temperature Resistance — Retains flexibility even at -180°C;
Corrosion Resistance — Resists strong acids, strong bases, aqua regia, and all other organic solvents;
High Lubricity — Possesses the lowest coefficient of friction (0.04) among all plastics;
Non-Stick Properties — Exhibits the lowest surface tension among solid materials, preventing adhesion to any substance;
Non-Toxic — Physiologically inert;
High Dielectric Strength — Offers excellent electrical properties, serving as an ideal Class C insulating material;
Weather Resistance — Boasts the longest service life and greatest resistance to aging among all plastics.

Applications:

Primarily utilized as electrical insulation materials, as well as linings for equipment exposed to corrosive media, support sliders, rail seals, and lubricating materials. It is also widely employed as an anti-corrosion lining material for vessels, storage tanks, reaction kettles, and large-scale pipelines in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and dye industries; in heavy industrial sectors such as aviation and defense; for sliders and guide rails in machinery, construction, and transportation bridges; and as anti-stick materials in the printing, dyeing, light industry, and textile sectors. At present, various types of PTFE products play a pivotal role across key sectors of the national economy, including the chemical, machinery, electronics, electrical appliance, defense, aerospace, environmental protection, and bridge construction industries.
