Performance Overview: PVDF has a relative density of 1.75–1.78, a glass transition temperature of -39°C, a brittle point below -62°C, a melting point of 144°C, and a thermal decomposition temperature exceeding 320°C. Its long-term service temperature ranges from -40°C to +125°C. It features a wide processing temperature window—spanning from its melting point to its decomposition temperature—as well as a relatively low processing temperature and low melt viscosity, making it easy to process. In terms of mechanical strength, it stands as the superior product among all fluororesins, capable of maintaining excellent strength even under specific temperatures and pressures. It exhibits high tensile strength, good impact strength, and excellent toughness; furthermore, it possesses high hardness and superior abrasion resistance. Its creep resistance is also among the best of all fluororesins.
