ETFE Resin (Ethylene-Tetrafluoroethylene Copolymer)

 

  • Excellent mechanical strength, toughness and abrasion resistance
  • Outstanding chemical resistance to acids, alkalis, solvents and fuels
  • Wide operating temperature range: -200°C to 150°C
  • Good electrical insulation and UV resistance
  • Commonly used for valve linings, bearing parts and components requiring high durability

FEP Resin (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene Copolymer)

 

 

 

  • Similar chemical inertness to PTFE, with excellent non-stick properties
  • Fully resistant to almost all corrosive chemicals
  • Continuous service temperature: -200°C to 200°C
  • Melt-processable, suitable for injection molding and lining

PFA Resin (Perfluoroalkoxy Resin)

  • Highest thermal stability among melt-processable fluoroplastics
