Our fluoroplastic valves are engineered for the most aggressive chemical handling applications. With metal body (cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel) and premium fluoropolymer lining (PTFE, FEP, PFA), they combine exceptional corrosion resistance, reliable sealing, and robust mechanical strength. Suitable for acids, alkalis, solvents, high-purity chemicals in chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, water treatment, and semiconductor industries. Available in ball valves, butterfly valves, diaphragm valves, globe valves, with manual, pneumatic or electric actuation.
ETFE Resin (Ethylene-Tetrafluoroethylene Copolymer)
- Excellent mechanical strength, toughness and abrasion resistance
- Outstanding chemical resistance to acids, alkalis, solvents and fuels
- Wide operating temperature range: -200°C to 150°C
- Good electrical insulation and UV resistance
- Commonly used for valve linings, bearing parts and components requiring high durability
FEP Resin (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene Copolymer)
- Similar chemical inertness to PTFE, with excellent non-stick properties
- Fully resistant to almost all corrosive chemicals
- Continuous service temperature: -200°C to 200°C
- Melt-processable, suitable for injection molding and lining
- Widely applied in standard corrosion-resistant valves, seals and diaphragms
PFA Resin (Perfluoroalkoxy Resin)
- Premium grade of melt-processable fluoropolymer
- Highest thermal stability among melt-processable fluoroplastics
- Continuous working temperature: -200°C to 260°C
- Ultra-high purity, low permeability and excellent creep resistance
- Preferred material for high-purity, semiconductor, pharmaceutical and severe chemical valves

Fluoroplastic Valve FAQ
1. What are fluoroplastic valves?
2. What are the main types of fluoroplastic valves?
- Fluoroplastic lined ball valves
- Fluoroplastic lined butterfly valves
- Fluoroplastic lined diaphragm valves
- Fluoroplastic lined globe valves
- Fluoroplastic lined check / gate valves
3. What are the advantages of fluoroplastic valves?
- Resist almost all strong acids, alkalis, solvents and oxidants
- Non-stick, low friction, smooth flow
- Wide working temperature range
- High purity, no contamination to medium
- Long service life and low maintenance
4. What is the difference between lined and all-fluoroplastic valves?
- Lined valves: Metal body + fluoroplastic lining → high pressure resistance + corrosion resistance.
- All-fluoroplastic valves: Full plastic structure → ultra-pure, light, but lower pressure rating.
